Agreement

By installing the Paidtovibe extension, creating an account, or using our dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Paidtovibe lets developers earn micro-credits when sponsored content is shown during AI agent activity in supported editors, and lets advertisers fund campaigns shown in that context. Earnings and payouts are subject to validation rules, balances, thresholds, and manual gift card fulfillment as described below.

Publisher earnings

• Credits are granted only for valid ad sessions that pass server-side checks (visibility, heartbeats, caps, and anti-abuse rules).
• Earnings are promotional rewards, not wages, salary, or guaranteed compensation for services rendered.
• We may withhold, reverse, or claw back earnings suspected of fraud or policy violations.

Publisher payouts (gift cards)

• Cash-outs require a minimum balance of $15.00.
• Payouts are fulfilled manually as digital gift cards (or equivalent rewards) sent to the payout email you provide. This is not a bank transfer, payroll, or automated payment service.
• You must submit a payout request through the dashboard, select a gift card preference, and accept these payout terms. Fees may apply and are deducted from your balance before fulfillment.
• No guarantee. We do not guarantee that any payout request will be approved or fulfilled. We may deny, delay, reduce, or cancel payouts for any reason, including suspected fraud, policy violations, abuse, technical issues, insufficient program funds, or changes to the rewards program.
• Your selected gift card is a preference only. If it is unavailable, we may offer a gift card of equal or greater value from another merchant, or decline the request.
• Delivery timing. We aim to send gift cards to your payout email within 24 hours of approving a request. 72 hours from request submission is the maximum stated delivery window, but delivery is not guaranteed within any timeframe.
• Gift cards are sent from official merchant or platform channels where possible. You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address and checking spam folders.
• Submitting a payout request constitutes your acceptance of these payout terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.

Advertisers

• Campaigns require funded advertiser balance or successful Stripe Checkout payment.
• You are responsible for ad content, landing pages, and compliance with applicable advertising laws.
• We may pause or reject campaigns that are misleading, illegal, malicious, or harmful to users or the network.
• Spend and delivery are best-effort; inventory depends on active publisher sessions.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Automate fake impressions, clicks, or sessions ("farming").
• Bypass visibility or heartbeat requirements.
• Use multiple accounts to evade caps or payout limits.
• Interfere with the service, other users, or our infrastructure.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted earnings, specific payout amounts, gift card availability, or campaign performance. We may change rates, caps, surfaces, or payout methods with reasonable notice where practicable.

Dispute resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at hello@paidtovibe.com and allow at least 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in a court of law and not as a class, collective, or representative action, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. Where permitted by law, you and Paidtovibe waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

This dispute resolution section survives termination of your account or use of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paidtovibe and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or missed payouts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) $100 USD, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Payouts and gift cards are discretionary promotional rewards. We are not responsible for third-party gift card issuer terms, expiration dates, regional restrictions, or delivery failures outside our reasonable control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Outstanding validated balances may be considered for payout subject to review, minimum thresholds, and our sole discretion — payout is not guaranteed upon termination.
